肠内营养混悬液联合肠内营养粉剂在急性脑卒中患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨肠内营养混悬液联合肠内营养粉剂对急性脑卒中患者的营养支持效果及腹泻并发症发生的情况。方法 收集扬州大学附属医院2023年1月至2024年6月收治的需要肠内营养支持治疗的急性脑卒中患者140例,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组70例,联合组使用肠内营养混悬液联合肠内营养粉剂支持治疗,对照组单纯予肠内营养混悬液支持治疗。观察两组营养支持过程中营养指标和低蛋白血症、腹泻发生状况。结果 两组基线资料比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05),联合组和对照组低蛋白血症发生率无统计学意义,联合组腹泻发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 肠内营养混悬液联合肠内营养粉剂能够满足急性脑卒中患者的营养需求,降低腹泻发生率。Objective Investigate the nutritional support effects of different enteral nutrition regimens on patients with acute stroke and the occurrence of diarrhea complications.Methods A total of 140 patients with acute stroke who needed enteral nutrition support from January 2023 to June 2024 the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University were randomly divided into combined group and control group,70 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with enteral nutrition suspension combined with enteral nutrition powder support,and the control group was given enteral nutrition suspension support alone.The nutritional indexes,hypoproteinemia and diarrhea in the process of nutritional support were observed in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant comparison between the baseline data of the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoproteinemia in the combined group and the control group was not statistically significant,and the incidence of diarrhea in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Enteral nutrition suspension combined with enteral nutrition powder can meet the nutritional needs of patients with acute stroke and reduce the incidence of diarrhea.
