摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导子宫肌瘤化学消融的临床应用效果。方法选择龙岩人民医院于2022年7月至2024年3月子宫肌瘤患者34例为研究对象,采用信封法分为两组,各17例。对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用超声引导子宫肌瘤化学消融治疗,两组治疗1个月后评估患者效果,并对患者进行6个月门诊随访。比较两组临床治疗效果、血红蛋白、月经量评分、雌孕激素、治疗费用及远期反应。结果观察组干预后有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后血红蛋白较对照组高(P<0.05);月经量得分与治疗费用较对照组低,且观察组E_(2)、FSH及LH较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论超声引导子宫肌瘤化学消融用于子宫肌瘤患者中效果良好,能提高肌瘤体积缩小率,降低月经量评分,有助于改善雌孕激素水平,治疗费用较低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided chemical ablation of uterine fibroids.Methods Selecting 34 patients with uterine fibroids from Longyan People’s Hospital from July 2022 to March 2024 as the subjects,17 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided chemical ablation of uterine fibroids.The effects of the two groups were evaluated after 1 month of treatment,and the patients were followed up for 6 months.The clinical effect,hemoglobin,menstrual volume score,estrogen and progesterone,treatment cost and long-term response were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin of observation group was higher than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).Menstrual volume score and treatment cost were lower than control group,and E_(2),FSH and LH in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided chemical ablation of uterine fibroids has a good effect in patients with uterine fibroids,which can improve the fibroid volume reduction rate,reduce the score of menstrual volume,help improve the level of estrogen and progesterone,reduce the treatment cost.
