摘　　要：目的分析早期开髓减压引流术在急性牙髓炎治疗中的临床价值。方法选择晋江市医院2022年3月至2024年8月期间收治的64例此类患者为研究对象,随机数字表法划分为两组,每组32例,对照组保髓疗法,观察组早期开髓减压引流术,对两组疗效进行对比。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,炎症指标、细菌菌落、疼痛评分、口腔健康指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对急性牙髓炎的临床治疗,早期开髓减压引流术,可以更好地控制炎症反应,减少细菌数,最终减轻患者疼痛,安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of early drainage surgery in the therapy of acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from March 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The 64 patients were random number table method divided into two groups for treatment,32 cases in each group:the control group received pulp preservation therapy,and the observation group received early pulp decompression and drainage surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were calculated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was obvious higher,while inflammation indicators,bacterial colonies,pain scores,and oral health indicators were all lower(P<0.05).Comparison of complications between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions For the clinical treatment of acute pulpitis,early pulp decompression and drainage surgery can better control the inflammatory response,reduce bacterial count,and ultimately alleviate patient pain with high safety.
