重症急性胰腺炎早期肠内营养支持联合整体护理的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究分析重症急性胰腺炎早期肠内营养支持联合整体护理的应用价值。方法 纳入时间:2023年1月至2024年6月,研究对象:赣州市人民医院急诊科重症急性胰腺炎患者共102例,分组:随机分为对照组(51例,常规营养支持)与观察组(51例,早期肠内营养支持联合整体护理)。对比两组营养状态、炎症因子水平、健康状态及并发症发生率。结果 观察组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 早期肠内营养支持联合整体护理可显著改善患者营养状态,炎症因子水平,健康状态及并发症发生率。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic nursing in severe acute pancreatitis.Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,participants:102 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in the emergency department of Ganzhou People’s Hospital,divided into two groups:randomly divided into a control group(51 cases,conventional nutritional support)and an observation group(51 cases,early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic nursing).Compare the nutritional status,inflammatory cytokine levels,health status and incidence of complications of two groups.Results All indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic nursing can significantly improve the nutritional status,inflammatory cytokine levels,the health status and incidence of complicationsof patinets.
