基于拓展型舒适模式的护理对胃癌患者并发症及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析基于拓展型舒适模式的护理对胃癌患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年4月本院的60例胃癌患者,将其中按一般性护理干预的30例胃癌患者纳入对照组,另外30例按实施基于拓展型舒适模式护理的30例胃癌患者纳入观察组。比较两组胃癌患者恶病质等并发症发生率及护理前后生活质量、舒适度和自我管理能力评分改善情况。结果 观察组恶病质等并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组胃癌患者自我管理能力、舒适度和生活质量水平改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于拓展型舒适模式的护理能有效降低胃癌患者并发症发生率,提高患者舒适度和生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of extended comfort model nursing on complications and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer from our hospital were selected from March 2022 to April 2023,30 cases of gastric cancer were included in the control group according to general nursing intervention,and 30 cases of gastric cancer were included in the observation group according to extended comfort mode nursing.The incidence of complications such as cachexia and the improvement of quality of life,comfort level and self-management ability score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications such as bad fluid in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the improvement of self-management ability,comfort level and quality of life of gastric cancer patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing based on extended comfort model can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the comfort and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.
