摘 要:本文对机械加工工艺对五金零件加工精度的影响因素及控制方法进行了全面论述。首先简述了机械加工工艺及五金零件的分类,其次,对机械加工工艺对五金零件加工精度的影响因素进行了全面分析,只有更好地对加工精度的影响因素进行探究,才能有效提升五金零件的质量;最后,对控制五金零件加工精度的有效方法加以探讨,以期通过良好的控制方法,更好地提升机械加工工艺的水平,促进五金零件质量的有效提升,以便于满足更多领域对五金零件的精度要求,为相关工作提供参考。This paper provides a comprehensive discussion on the factors and control methods of the impact of mechanical processing technology on the accuracy of hardware parts.It first briefly describes the classification of mechanical processing technology and hardware parts,then fully analyzes the factors of the impact of mechanical processing technology on the accuracy of hardware processing.Only by better investigating the factors affecting processing accuracy can the quality of hardware parts be effectively improved;finally,it explores the effective methods to control the accuracy hardware parts processing,in the hope that through good control methods,the level of mechanical processing technology can be better improved,and the quality of hardware parts can be improved,so as to meet the accuracy requirements of hardware parts in more fields,providing a reference for related work.
