摘　　要：随着数字化转型的加速以及数字经济的迅速崛起,数智商机中心作为连接供应和需求、优化商业流程的关键系统,其建设与运营对企业的影响愈加显著。本文旨在探讨数智商机中心的模型架构与运营实践,识别其成功的关键要素,并提供应用指导。本文采用混合研究方法,结合案例研究和实证分析,提出构建数智商机中心的理论框架,并验证各组成部分的实际效用。研究涉及技术路径及方法,重点关注数据管理和技术应用。运营部分则着眼于商业模式创新、运营流程优化、风险管理和客户关系管理。通过在运营商真实环境的实际应用,本文提出了建设和运营中的最佳实践和常见问题,并得出结论:有效的数据管理策略、灵活的数据应用、具象化的场景应用以及前瞻性的策略制定是数智商机中心成功的关键因素。With the acceleration of digital transformation and the rapid rise of the digital economy,the Smart Business Intelligence Center,as a critical system connecting supply and demand and optimizing business processes,has become increasingly significant in its construction and operation for enterprises.This paper aims to explore the model architecture and operational practices of the Smart Business Intelligence Center,identify its key success factors,and provide application guidance.Employing a mixed research method that combines case studies and empirical analysis,this paper proposes a theoretical framework for constructing the Smart Business Intelligence Center and validates the practical utility of its various components.The research encompasses technical paths and methods,with a focus on data management and technology application.The operational aspects concentrate on business model innovation,process optimization,risk management,and customer relationship management.Through practical application in the real-world environment of operators,this paper presents best practices and common issues in construction and operation,and concludes that effective data management strategies,flexible data application,concrete scenario applications,and forward-looking strategic planning are the key factors for the success of the Smart Business Intelligence Center.
