摘 要:由于受到网络延迟问题的影响,当前采集系统普遍存在相同时间序列上采集值与实际值存在一定的偏差问题,导致采集到的信号准确性受到严重影响。针对上述问题,设计基于前馈式神经网络的船舶电机转速信号采集系统。该系统以霍尔轮速传感器作为现场电机转速采集设备,并通过调理电路,调理电机转速信号。当电机转速信号通过单片机传输时,通过设计的基于前馈式神经网络的延迟补偿器补偿后,将电机信号发送到接收端,完成整个采集系统工作。结果表明:所设计系统应用下,经过补偿,相同时间点上,船舶电机转速采集值与实际值偏差减少,采集到的信号准确性提升,达到了研究目标。Due to the influence of network delay,there is a certain deviation between the collected value and the actual value in the same time series in the current acquisition system,which seriously affects the accuracy of the collected signal.In view of the above problems,a ship motor speed signal acquisition system based on feedforward neural network is designed.The system uses hall wheel speed sensor as the field motor speed acquisition equipment,and regulates the motor speed signal through the conditioning circuit.When the motor speed signal is transmitted through the single chip microcomputer,the motor signal is sent to the receiving end through the designed delay compensator based on feedforward neural network to complete the work of the whole acquisition system.The results show that under the application of the designed system,after compensation,the deviation between the collected value of ship motor speed and the actual value is reduced at the same time point,the accuracy of the collected signal is improved,and the research goal is achieved.
