摘 要:脊髓损伤是临床上常见的中枢神经系统创伤性疾病,通常由创伤性事故造成,可导致严重的运动、感觉和自主神经功能障碍。除此之外,脊髓损伤后给家庭带来的经济负担和心理压力也不容忽视,严重降低了人们的生活质量和幸福感。脊髓损伤发生后,细胞内环境调节会引起炎症反应、神经胶质瘢痕的形成等,从而使轴突再生、神经修复和功能恢复变得困难。本文概述了脊髓损伤后的病理过程,分析了损伤发生后阻碍神经修复与再生的困难所在,探索了脊髓损伤后神经再生的新可能,以期为脊髓损伤后的神经修复提供多模式参考方向,为患者寻找新的治疗方向。Spinal cord injury is a common clinical traumatic disease of the central nervous system,usually caused by traumatic accidents,which can lead to severe motor,sensory and autonomic dysfunction.In addition,the economic burden and psychological pressure brought to the family after spinal cord injury can not be ignored,which seriously reduces people's quality of life and happiness.After spinal cord injury,the regulation of intracellular environment can cause inflammatory response,glial scar formation,etc.,which makes axonal regeneration,nerve repair and functional recovery difficult.This article summarizes the pathological process after spinal cord injury,analyzes the difficulties that hinder nerve repair and regeneration after injury,and explores the new possibilities of nerve regeneration after spinal cord injury,in order to provide a multi-mode reference direction for nerve repair after spinal cord injury and find a new treatment direction for patients.
