劳拉西泮联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究劳拉西泮联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月天津市黄河医院收治的68例PSD患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各34例。比较两组患者精神状态、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-38.73、22.20,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.528、12.934、13.025、12.659,P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.530,P<0.05)。结论:劳拉西泮联合舍曲林治疗PSD患者,能够改善患者的精神状态,提高其生活质量,降低其不良反应发生率,且安全性较好,临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of lorazepam combined with sertraline in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:68 patients with post-stroke depression recruited from Huanghe Hospital in Tianjin were enrolled in this study and randomly assigned to two groups with a random number table:the control group(n=34,receiving sertraline orally)and the treatment group(n=34,receiving a combination of lorazepam and sertraline orally).The mental states,quality of life,and the incidence of adverse effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-38.73,22.20;P<0.05).After treatment,emotional function,social function,physical pain and mental health scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.528,12.934,13.025,12.659;P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.530,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of lorazepam with sertraline in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD)can improve mental states,enhance quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has good safety and significant clinical efficacy.
