育龄期卵巢癌患者生育忧虑现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨育龄期卵巢癌患者癌症后生育忧虑现状及影响因素。方法:随机选取2020年3月-2023年3月本院治疗的育龄期卵巢癌患者169例进行横断面调查。采用患者一般资料问卷、癌症后生育忧虑量表、社会关系质量量表对患者进行调查。结果:共发放问卷182份,有效回收169份,有效回收率为92.9%。育龄期卵巢癌患者生育忧虑量表总分55.18±6.50分,其中子女健康、自身健康得分较高,疾病接受度和配偶知情得分较低;社会关系质量量表总分42.76±14.12分,患者癌症后生育忧虑量表总分与社会关系质量量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.837,P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,文化程度高、子女数少、肿瘤分期高和社会关系质量低是影响癌症后生育忧虑评分的因素(均P<0.05)。结论:育龄期卵巢癌患者生育忧虑状况仍有改善空间,建议医护人员根据上述影响因素针对性干预,以降低育龄期癌症患者生育忧虑水平。Objective:To explore the current status and the influencing factors of the reproductive worry of childbearing age patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:169 childbearing age patients with ovarian cancer who treated in the hospital from March,2020 to March,2023 were randomly selected in this cross-sectional survey.All of the patients were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the reproductive concerns after cancer scale and the social relationship quality scale.Results:A total of 182 questionnaires were distributed,and 169(92.9%)questionnaires were collected effectively.The total score of the reproductive concerns scale of the patients was 55.18±6.50 points.In reproductive concerns scale,the scores of the children's and the personal health were significantly higher,but the scores of the disease acceptance and the informed spouse were significantly lower.The total score of the social relational quality scale of the patients was 42.76±14.12 points.The total score of the reproductive concern scale of the patients was negatively correlated with their total score of social relational quality scale(r=-0.837,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher education level,the fewer children,the higher tumor stage and the lower social relational quality of the childbearing age patients with ovarian cancer were the factors influencing their reproductive worry score(all P<0.05).Conclusion:There is still improvement space for the fertility worry of the childbearing age patients with ovarian cancer.It is recommended that the medical staff should intervene these patients according to the influencing factors,so as to reduce the fertility level of the childbearing age patients with ovarian cancer.
