摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和全体人民的共同愿景,医疗保险以互助共济、扶危济困为核心价值,与共同富裕的内涵高度契合。本文基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,构建了家庭层面的共同富裕指数,探讨医疗保险对微观家庭实现共同富裕的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,医疗保险显著促进家庭共同富裕,其中基本医疗保险在提升家庭精神富裕和促进社会共享方面作用突出,商业医疗保险在增强家庭物质财富方面效果更佳。异质性分析显示,基本医疗保险对农村、低人力资本和低资产家庭影响更显著,而商业医疗保险对城市、东部地区和高资产家庭作用更明显。机制分析表明,医疗保险通过提升家庭健康人力资本、教育人力资本和就业机会,促进了家庭发展机会的提升。因此,应完善医疗保险体系,发挥其多维度的促进作用,针对不同家庭群体实施差异化政策,并注重提升发展机会以激发家庭经济潜力。Common prosperity represents a fundamental goal of socialism and a shared aspiration of all people.Medical insurance,rooted in principles of mutual assistance and risk-sharing,aligns closely with this objective.Using data from the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS),this study constructs a family-level common prosperity index to examine the effects of medical insurance on achieving common prosperity at the household level and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that medical insurance significantly promotes common prosperity.Basic medical insurance notably enhances mental well-being and fosters social equity,while commercial medical insurance is more effective in increasing material wealth.Heterogeneity analysis shows that basic medical insurance has stronger effects on rural,low human capital,and low-asset households,whereas commercial medical insurance exerts greater influence on urban households,those in the eastern region,and high-asset families.Mechanism analysis highlights that medical insurance facilitates family development opportunities by improving health-related human capital,education-related human capital,and employment prospects.These results emphasize the need to further refine the medical insurance system,maximize its multidimensional benefits,and implement tailored policies for different family groups,focusing on fostering development opportunities to unlock economic potential.
