摘　　要：目的探究跷脉推拿联合现代康复治疗对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿智力发育的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2022年8月九江市妇幼保健院收治的88例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各44例。A组给予现代康复治疗,B组给予现代康复治疗联合跷脉推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效、痉挛改善情况、运动能力、智力情况、日常生活能力。结果B组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于A组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组改良Ashworth痉挛量表评分均低于治疗前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组粗大运动功能评估量表88中D区、E区评分均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组发育商、智商评分均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日常生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跷脉推拿联合现代康复治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿疗效显著,可改善患儿痉挛情况、运动功能、足背屈曲度、智力水平及日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qiaomai massage combined with modern rehabilitation therapy on the intellectual development of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 88 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Jiujiang Maternity and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The group A received modern rehabilitation therapy,while the group B received modern rehabilitation therapy combined with Qiaomai massage therapy.The clinical efficacy,improvement of spasms,motor ability,intelligence,and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of the modified Ashworth spasm scale of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the group B was lower than the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of D and E areas in the gross motor function assessment scale 88 of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the group B was higher than the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the developmental quotient and intelligence scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the group B was higher than the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the daily living ability scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the group B was higher than the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiaomai massage combined with modern rehabilitation therapy has significant therapeutic effects on spastic cerebral palsy,which can improve the spasticity,motor function,dorsiflexion,intelligence level,and daily living abili
