英国网球发展愿景、实践特征及经验启示--基于《英国网球愿景2019-2026》

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对英国网球发展愿景、实践特征及经验启示进行研究。研究发现:为改变英国网球窘迫现状,确保网球在英国普及和延续,英国网球协会(LTA)适时推出《英国网球愿景2019-2026》,其明晰了英国网球发展目标、核心策略、具体措施、价值导向和目标人群。研究认为,英国网球发展的实践特征表现为:注重推广形式创新,激励国民广泛参与;打造球员发展通道,深化人才培养衔接;打造体教融合样板,强化网球科学研究;提升网球实体化管理,完善基层网球治理能力。启示:精准定位网球健康新价值,助推网球参与水平新高度;体教融合构建人才新通道,打造多元人才培养新格局;深化管理体制和机制改革,提升基层治理能力现代化;加速竞技和群众网球融合,构建网球育人文化新生态。by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the development vision,practical characteristics and experience enlightenment of British tennis.The research found that:in order to change the current situation of British tennis embarrassment and ensure the popularity and continuity of tennis in the UK,the British Tennis Association(LTA)timely launched"vision of British tennis 2019-2026",which clarified the development goals,core strategies,specific measures,value orientation and target groups of British tennis.According to the research,the practical characteristics of the development of British tennis are as follows:paying attention to the innovation of promotion forms,encouraging people to participate widely;Build the development channel of players and deepen the connection of talent training;Build a model of integration of sports and education,strengthen the scientific research of tennis;Improve the tennis entity management,improve the grass-roots tennis governance ability.Enlightenment:accurately positioning the new value of tennis health,boosting the new level of tennis participation;The integration of sports and education will build a new channel for talents and create a new pattern of diversified talents training;Deepen the reform of management system and mechanism,improve the modernization of grass-roots governance capacity;Speed up the integration of sports and mass tennis,and build a new cultural ecology of tennis education.
