摘  要:为探讨大学公共体育课学生学习体验与锻炼习惯间的关系,自我效能的中介作用以及心理韧性在学习体验与自我效能间的调节作用。本研究采用课程体验量表、锻炼习惯量表、自我效能量表和心理韧性量表对588名北京高校大学生进行了调查。结果发现:(1)大学公共体育课学生学习体验对锻炼习惯有显著的正向预测作用;(2)自我效能在学习体验与锻炼习惯的关系中起到中介作用且为部分中介;(3)心理韧性在学习体验与自我效能的关系中起到调节作用,即心理韧性与大学生学习体验的交互项对自我效能的影响达到显著水平。研究为制定大学生体育教学内容设计促进体育锻炼行为策略提供重要的实践启示,更重要的是培养学生终身体育意识和习惯。To explore the relationship between learning experience and exercise habits of college students in public physical education,The Mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of resilience in learning experience and self-efficacy.In this study,588 college students in Beijing were investigated by curriculum experience scale,exercise habit scale,self-efficacy scale and Psychological Resilience Scale.The results show that:(1)the learning experience of college students in public physical education has a significant positive predictive effect on exercise habits;(2)Self efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between learning experience and exercise habits,and it is part of the intermediary;(3)Psychological resilience plays a regulatory role in the relationship between learning experience and self-efficacy,that is,the interaction between psychological resilience and college students'learning experience has a significant impact on self-efficacy.The research provides important practical enlightenment for the formulation of college students physical education teaching content design to promote physical exercise behavior strategy,more important is to cultivate students lifelong sports awareness and habits.
