我国优秀男子标枪运动员马群“人-枪”关键技术特征分析

摘　　要：本文以浙江举办的全国田径锦标赛标枪决赛视频为研究数据,运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对马群全程“人-枪”相关运动学参数进行比较分析。结果显示:马群预跑环节“人-枪”重心相对高度无明显变化,人体重心水平速度和枪体重心水平速度相对稳定,“人-枪”系统平均速度差0.08m/s,运动整体性较高;投掷步环节后4步步长呈现“1较大、2小、3大、4中”的规律,总步时高于国内均值,“人-枪”系统平均速度差0.56m/s,第4、5、6步“人-枪”重心水平速度与比赛成绩呈负相关;最后用力环节“人-枪”系统平均速度差4.10m/s,躯干后倾角、躯干用力角、标枪出手角、左膝关节支撑脚与国外优秀标枪选手没有太大差别,均处在合理范围之内,左膝关节最大弯曲角与国外优秀选手差距明显,缓冲角过大,不利于“刚性支撑”动量向上传递。In this paper,the video of the javelin final of the National Track and Field Championships held in Zhejiang Province was used as the research data,and the kinematic parameters related to the"man-gun"in the whole herd were compared and analyzed by using the literature method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method.The results showed that there was no significant change in the relative height of the center of gravity of the"man-gun"in the pre-run of the horse herd,the horizontal velocity of the human center of gravity and the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity of the gun were relatively stable,the average speed difference of the"human-gun"system was 0.08 m/s,and the overall movement was high.The last four steps of the throwing step show the law of"1 large,2 small,3 large,4 medium",the total step time is higher than the domestic average,the average speed difference of the"man-gun"system is 0.56m/s,and the horizontal speed of the center of gravity of the"man-gun"in the 4th,5th and 6th steps is negatively correlated with the competition results.Finally,the average speed difference of the"man-gun"system in the force link is 4.10m/s,the trunk backward inclination angle,the trunk force angle,the javelin hand angle,and the left knee joint support foot are not much different from the foreign excellent javelin players,all of which are within a reasonable range,and the maximum bending angle of the left knee joint is obviously different from the foreign outstanding players,and the buffer angle is too large,which is not conducive to the upward transmission of the momentum of"rigid support".
