摘　　要：[目的/意义]2025年1月,我国初创公司深度求索(DeepSeek)发布人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)模型引发全球关注,尤其在美国引发了各界震动。DeepSeek产品的推出标志着中国在全球科技竞争格局中的崛起,挑战了美国硅谷的AI技术垄断,不仅对中国意义重大,更在科技、经济、政治、思想等领域具有重要的世界意义。[方法/过程]本文透过美国智库视角,主要梳理美国智库对DeepSeek的典型看法和评论,深入分析该中国初创企业的崛起如何影响全球科技发展和地缘格局,研判提出中国AI未来发展的策略建议。[结果/结论]建议中国人工智能的发展应坚持长期主义的理念、科技惠民的价值观、国际合作的路径,同时要防控AI风险。[Purpose/Significance]In January 2025,the launch of the artificial intelligence(AI)model by the Chinese startup DeepSeek attracted global attention,particularly disrupting various sectors in the United States.The introduction of DeepSeek’s new AI model marks China’s rise in the global technology race,challenging Silicon Valley’s dominance in AI.This development is of significant importance not only for China but also for global technology,economics,politics,and ideology.[Method/Process]This paper examines the perspectives of U.S.think tanks on DeepSeek,analyzing how the emergence of this Chinese startup is influencing global technological progress and reshaping the geopolitical landscape.It also offers strategic recommendations for China’s future AI development.[Result/Conclusion]The paper suggests that China’s AI development strategy should emphasize a long-term vision,a focus on technology for the public good,international cooperation,and risk management in AI.
