热力蒸汽再压缩技术在炼糖三效蒸发系统中的应用

摘  要:为降低炼糖生产能耗并响应碳减排需求,本研究探索了热力蒸汽再压缩技术(TVR)在三效板式蒸发系统中的应用效果。通过系统理论计算与实际运行查定,对比分析了传统三效蒸发与TVR+三效蒸发系统的蒸汽消耗差异。结果表明,TVR技术通过引射二次蒸汽并与高压动力蒸汽混合,显著提升了一效蒸发效率,理论上使蒸发每吨水耗汽量从传统系统的0.516 t/h降至0.391 t/h。实际运行中,TVR+系统平均每吨水耗汽量进一步降至0.381 t/h,年节约蒸汽成本约20万元。然而,该技术对高压蒸汽供应的稳定性依赖较高,且存在引射能力受限及运行噪音等问题。综上,TVR技术可有效实现炼糖蒸发系统的节能降耗,但需优化蒸汽供应设计、提升喷射器性能并采取减噪措施以增强适用性。In order to reduce energy consumption in sugar production and respond to the demand for carbon reduction,this study explores the application effect of thermal vapor recompression technology(TVR)in a three effect plate evaporation system.The difference in steam consumption between traditional triple effect evaporation and TVR+triple effect evaporation systems was compared and analyzed through system theory calculations and actual operation verification.The results showed that TVR technology significantly improved the first effect evaporation efficiency by injecting secondary steam and mixing it with high-pressure power steam,theoretically reducing the steam consumption per ton of water from 0.516 t/h in traditional systems to 0.391 t/h.In actual operation,the average steam consumption per ton of water in the TVR+system has been further reduced to 0.381 t/h,saving approximately 200000 yuan in steam costs annually.However,this technology relies heavily on the stability of high-pressure steam supply and has issues such as limited injection capacity and operational noise.In summary,TVR technology can effectively achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction in sugar refining and evaporation systems,but it is necessary to optimize steam supply design,improve injector performance,and take noise reduction measures to enhance applicability.
