摘  要:文章分析研究近40年CCS技术进展史,指出燃煤电厂碳中和的关键在于资源化利用烟气余热与CO_(2)。通过系统研究地质时期大气CO_(2)浓度演化规律,发现近6亿年以来地球大气CO_(2)浓度波动变化的驱动力在于植物光合作用净初级生产力(NPP)及其强化移除大气CO_(2)之负反馈机制(CDR)。基于此,提出资源化利用烟气“水热碳”创造“农业碳汇”的解决方案(CCAS),即师法自然CDR负反馈机制,通过人造耕地与植物工厂等气候工程手段(GE),把对气候变化“不利”的电厂烟气水分、余热、CO_(2)等环境条件转化为对植物生长“有利”的资源,把烟气CO_(2)转化为NPP有机碳。该方案是一种既能应对气候变化又能促进经济增长且环境友好之“低成本GE技术”,亦是“新质生产力”概念的范畴。The paper analyzes the development history of Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS)technology in the past 40 years,and points out that the resource utilization of flue gas waste heat and CO_(2) is crucial to the carbon neutrality of coal-fired power plants.By systematically researching the evolution of atmospheric CO_(2) concentration in geological period,it is found that the driving force of the fluctuation of atmospheric CO_(2) concentration in the past 600 million years is the Net Primary Productivity(NPP)of plant photosynthesis and its negative feedback mechanism to enhance the atmospheric Carbon Dioxide Removal(CDR).Based on these,the solution of resource utilization of flue gas Hydrothermal Carbon to Create Carbon Agricultural Sink(CCAS)is proposed,that is the negative feedback mechanism of CDR of learning from nature,or more specifically,through GeoEngineering(GE)means such as artificial cultivated land and plant factories,to convert the environmental conditions of flue gas moisture,waste heat,CO_(2) and other environmental conditions which are"unfavorable"to climate change into"favorable"resources for plant growth,and transform flue gas CO_(2) into NPP organic carbon.The solution is an environmentally friendly"low-cost GE technology"that can both combat climate change and promote economic growth,and also belongs to the concept of"new quality productivity".
