白芸豆提取物对超重或肥胖人群减肥效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：通过对白芸豆提取物改善超重或肥胖人群减重效果的相关文献进行Meta分析,以BMI、体重、腰围、臀围、体脂率为指标评价白芸豆提取物(white kidney bean extract,WKBE)对超重或肥胖人群的干预效果,探讨其在肥胖干预中的可行性。在中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Co⁃chrane Library、medline、CINAHL等数据库中,以“白芸豆”“肥胖(obesity)或超重(overweight)”“随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)”为主题词进行检索。运用Stata16和RevMan软件对相关文献进行统计分析。经Meta分析,本次研究共纳入5篇文献,累计研究对象350人,实验组174人、对照组176人。数据显示WKBE能改善超重或肥胖人群体脂率(MD=-1.28,95%CI(-1.63,-0.93),Z=7.21,P<0.05)、BMI(MD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.71,-0.43),Z=7.74,P<0.05)、臀围(MD=0.03,95%CI(-0.46,0.52),Z=0.12,P>0.05)、腰围(MD=-1.99,95%CI(-3.00,-0.98),Z=3.86,P<0.05)及体重(MD=-4.46,95%CI(-8.74,-0.18),Z=2.04,P<0.05)。WKBE改善了超重或肥胖人群的体脂率、BMI、体重、腰围,并具有一定的减重效果,但对臀围的影响不显著。This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the intervention effect of White Kidney Bean Extract(WKBE)on weight loss among overweight or obese individuals,using BMI,body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,and body fat percentage as outcome measures,and to explore its feasibility in obesity intervention.Relevant literature on the improvement of weight loss in overweight or obese individuals with white kidney bean extract was systematically searched in databases including CNKI,PubMed,Web Of Science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,and CINAHL using keywords such as"white kidney bean""obesity or overweight""RCT".Statistical analysis was performed using Stata16 and RevMan software.The meta-analysis included a total of 5 studies,with a cumulative sample size of 350 participants,including 174 in the experimental group and 176 in the control group.The data indicated that WKBE improved body fatpercentage(MD=-1.28,95%CI(-1.63,-0.93),Z=7.21,P<0.05),BMI(MD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.71,-0.43),Z=7.74,P<0.05),hip ciraumference(CMD=0.03,95%CI(-0.46,-0.52),Z=0.12,P>0.05),waist circumference(MD=-1.99,95%CI(-3.00,-0.98),Z=3.86,P<0.05),and body weight(MD=-4.46,95%CI(-8.74,-0.18),Z=2.04,P<0.05)in overweight or obese individuals.WKBE improves body fat percentage,BMI,body weight,and waist circumference in overweight or obese individuals,demonstrating a certain degree of weight reduction effect.However,its effect on hip circumference is not significant.
