摘　　要：随着我国经济与科技的不断发展,河南粮食产业的质量与效益也在逐步提升。但是,粮食产业在发展的过程中还是存在诸多问题,这影响了粮食产业的高质量发展。以商丘粮食产业为主要研究对象,对商丘粮食产业创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合过程进行调研,掌握商丘粮食产业基本现状,分析其存在的主要问题,并进行深入的研究。以小麦、玉米等作物为基础,结合商丘粮食生产的主要优势,以产业链为主,全面打造和提升粮食创新链产业链资金链人才链深度融合。在此基础上,对推动河南粮食产业创新链产业链资金链人才链的深度融合提出对策和建议,以期早日实现农业产业现代化建设,助力乡村振兴。With the continuous development of China's economy and technology,the quality and efficiency of Henan grain industry are also gradually improving.However,there are still many problems in the process of the development of grain industry,which affect the high-quality development of grain industry.In this paper,we mainly take Shangqiu's grain industry as the research object and conduct a survey on the deep integration process of innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain,talent chain.Also,we master the basic status quo of Shangqiu's grain industry.Mean while,we analyze its main problems,and conducts in-depth research.With wheat,corn and other crops as the foundation,combined with the main advantages of Shangqiu's grain production in Henan Province,we focus on the industrial chain.We also comprehensively build and enhance the deep integration of food innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain and talent chain.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the deep integration of Henan's food industry innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain and talent chain,so as to realize agricultural industry modernization as soon as possible and help rural revitalization.
