摘  要:随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活方式的转变以及生活质量的不断改善,由心血管病所致的脑卒中、心绞痛、心梗等疾病所致的死亡人数占全部死亡人数的30%,其中62%的中风和49%的心梗引起的死亡均与高血压有关。目前,我国高血压患病率高、增长趋势明显、危害性增大,所以让广大人群对高血压有一个正确的认识,有效地进行早期预防变得越来越重要。通过对高血压患者的危害、并发症、发病原因、营养原则进行分析、总结,采用调查问卷的形式,调查了10名高血压患者,了解高血压患者的饮食及生活习惯,分析高血压发病的原因,为高血压患者设计一周的营养食谱,并选出最具代表性的一天进行营养分析,为高血压患者提出相应的营养建议。With the rapid development of the social economy,the transformation of people's lifestyles,and the continuous improvement of their quality of life,the number of deaths caused by cardiovascular diseases such as stroke,angina,and myocardial infarction has reached 30%.Among them,62% of strokes and 49% of myocardial infarction are related to high blood pressure.At present,the prevalence of hypertension in China is high,with a clear growth trend and increasing harm.Therefore,it is becoming increasingly important for the general population to have a correct understanding of hypertension,effectively carry out early prevention,timely carry on treatment,and dietary improvement.By analyzes and summarizes the hazards,complications,causes,and nutritional principles of hypertensive patients,and a survey questionnaire was used to investigate 10 hypertensive patients,understand their dietary and lifestyle habits,and analyze the unhealthy habits of hypertensive patients,and a weekly nutritional diet was designed for hypertensive patients,and the most representative day was selected for nutritional analysis.It also provided Provide corresponding nutritional recommendations for hypertensive patients.
