摘 要:建立了一种利用超高效液相色谱-质谱仪联用法(ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS)分析五指毛桃配制酒中补骨脂素、8-甲氧基补骨脂素和佛手苷内酯3种线型呋喃香豆素的方法。采用微量注射泵直接进样,使用Tune软件在ESI+模式下测得3种物质的前体离子和产物离子,建立SRM定量检测方法。结果表明,3种物质的检测方法线性良好,在2.5~250 ng/mL质量浓度范围内相关系数均在0.995以上,回收率为89.6%~112.4%,变异系数为1.36%~2.99%,检出限为0.5~2.5μg/kg,定量限为2~5μg/kg。本方法作为五指毛桃配制酒中3种线型呋喃香豆素定性和定量测定方法,具有简单快捷、效率高、定量准确、灵敏度高、重复性好的特点。This article established a method for the analysis of three linear furanocoumarins,psoralen,8-methoxypsoralen,and bergapten,in Ficus hirta Vahl.mixed liquor by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).Microinjection pumps were used for direct injection,and the precursor ions and product ions of the three substances were measured using Tune software in ESI+mode to establish an SRM quantitative detection method.The results showed that the detection method for the three substances had good linearity.While the content was between 2.5 and 250 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients were above 0.995.The recovery rate was between 89.6% and 112.4%,and the CV was between1.36% and 2.99%.The detection limit was between 0.5 and 2.5μg/kg,and quantitative limit was between2 and 5μg/kg.This method,as a qualitative and quantitative determination method for the three linear furanocoumarins in Ficus hirta Vahl.mixed liquor,is characterized by simplicity,rapidity,high efficiency,accurate quantitation,high sensitivity,and good repeatability.
