摘　　要：随着科技的飞速发展,数字化已经成为社会发展的趋势。高职教育作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,面临着课程改革的新挑战。旨在分析数字化背景下高职课程改革的意义与挑战,以“功能食品加工技术”课程为例,探索改革的具体实施路径,为高职院校的课程改革提供借鉴。With the rapid development of science and technology,digitization has become the trend of social development.As an important part of China's higher education system,higher vocational education faces the new challenge of curriculum reform.It aims to analyze the significance and challenges of higher vocational curriculum reform under the background of digitization,and take the course of"Functional Food Processing Technology"as an example to explore the specific implementation path of reform,so as to provide useful reference for the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges.
