摘  要:在“酿造酒工艺学”课程建设中,充分挖掘思政元素,并通过分析课程属性、教学对象特点与思政教育的内在联系,提出了主要从教学内容整合、教学方法改革、校园文化融入、师资队伍建设和评价体系完善等方面的实施方案。该方案实施后,起到了较好的教育效果,初步达到了设定的课程思政目标。通过对课程思政的持续改进,以期在专业知识传授中提高学生的思想道德素质和社会责任感,最终实现立德树人的目标。In the construction of brewing technology courses,we fully tap the ideological and political elements.Through aralyzing the inherent connection with the characteristics of the course,the characteristics of teaching objects and the characteristics of ideological and political education,it proposes a implementation pian mainly based on the integration of teaching content,the reform of teaching methods,the integration of campus culture,and the construction of teachers'teams and evaluation system.After the implementation of the plan,it plays a good educational effect,and initially achieve the setting of the setting of the course ideological and political goals.Through the continuous improvement of curriculum ideology and politics,it aims to teach the ideological and moral quality and social responsibility in professional knowledge,and finally achieve the goal of moral education.
