摘  要:高压开关柜接头异常发热是设备运行过程中常见的问题,如果不及时处理,可能会发展为严重的故障,甚至导致设备损坏。结合故障排查,分析了某厂用变高压开关柜设备接头过热的成因,提出了相应的处理方法,为类似故障的预防和处理提供了借鉴案例。Abnormal heating of connections in high voltage switch cabinet is a common problem during equipment operation.If the overheating problem is not treated timely,it may cause serious faults or even equipment damage.Based on fault diagnosis practice,possible causes of the overheating problem of equipment connections in auxiliary transformer high voltage switch cabinet in a hydropower station are analyzed.Corresponding treatment measures are proposed.It provides useful reference for the prevention and treatment of similar faults.
