摘　　要：“以德得民心”是《吕氏春秋》中政治思想的主要理念。从根源上来说,“法天地”是其政治思想的形而上根据,“天道圜,地道方”体现“推天道以明人事”的天人贯通思维特征,以寻求德治的天道根源。从内容来看,其对君臣之道、德治理念、贵公去私、天下理想等方面都有重点论述,凸显政治道德化的特点。从价值来讲,其反思了秦国法家的严刑峻法,主张德治,关注民众的利益和幸福,推崇“必先公”的为政理念。《吕氏春秋》是先秦政治思想史上的智慧结晶,“以德得民心”的思想也为现代政治社会的发展提供了长久而深远的启示。"Winning the hearts of the people with virtue"is the main idea of the political ideology in Lü′s Commentaries of History.Fundamentally speaking,"following the laws of heaven and earth"is the metaphysical basis of his political ideology."The heaven is circular,while the earth is square"embodies the thinking characteristics of"promoting the way of heaven to clarify human affairs"through the integration of heaven and man,in order to seek the origin of the heavenly way of rule of virtue.As for the specific content,it focuses on the code of conduct and mutual relationship between monarchs and their subjects,philosophy of rule of virtue,the idea and behavior of valuing fairness and selflessness,and eliminating selfishness and desires,the ideal of the world,and so on,highlighting the characteristics of political moralization.In terms of value,it reflects on the strict laws and punishments of the Legalists of Qin Dynasty,advocates the rule of virtue,pays attention to the interests and happiness of the people,and promotes the political philosophy of“justice and fairness coming first”.Lu′s Commentaries of History is the wisdom"crystallization"in the history of pre-Qin political thought,and the thought of"winning the hearts of the people with virtue"has provided long-term and far-reaching enlightenment for the development of modern political society.
