摘 要:开放式创新社区的出现为用户间以及用户与企业间的知识交流提供了新的途径。可运用系统动力学方法,通过对开放式创新社区的知识协同过程进行全面分析、构建开放式创新社区知识协同的系统动力学模型来对此进行深入探究。基于近年来小米社区的发展以及数据的可获取性,选取小米社区为仿真实证研究案例去验证模型有效性,并对模型进行复合模拟和敏感性分析。研究发现,社区成员信任度、企业整合能力、环境刺激以及创意实施率是开放式创新社区知识协同的关键驱动因素。The emergence of open innovation communities provides a new way for knowledge exchange between users and between users and enterprises.This paper takes the open innovation community as the research object,uses system dynamics method and carries on a comprehensive analysis of its knowledge collaboration process,constructing a system dynamics model for knowledge collaboration in an open innovation community.Based on the development of Xiaomi community and the availability of data in recent years,Xiaomi community was selected as an empirical simulation case to verify the effectiveness of the model,and compound simulation and sensitivity analysis were conducted on the model.The conclusion is drawn that trust of community members,enterprise integration ability,environmental stimulation and creative implementation rate are the key driving factors for knowledge collaboration in the open innovation community.
