摘  要:针对钢箱梁U肋横隔板连接处裂纹在日常养护和维修加固工作中因受技术条件、现场工作空间限制而导致维护工作难以实施的问题,基于现有开设手孔的加固方法,文章提出一种于横隔板部位U肋底部预留开孔的方法,通过建立钢箱梁节段有限元模型,对比分析有无开孔和开孔几何参数对于钢桥面板不利细节处和开孔位置周围的受力特性的影响,讨论该方法的理论可行性。结果表明:预留开孔会使结构顶板-U肋焊缝、横隔板-U肋焊缝与横隔板弧形缺口的应力集中现象得到缓解,同时结构开孔部位周围的应力增大,孔壁外缘直线段区域成为新的不利细节。选用曲线较为缓和的手孔形状与较小的手孔尺寸,可以获得更好的预留开孔结构的受力特性,缓解开孔位置周围的应力集中现象。横隔板部位U肋底部预留开孔方法具有理论上的可行性。Addressing the challenges encountered in routine maintenance and reinforcement work due to technical constraints and limited workspace at the connection of U-ribs and diaphragms in steel box girder bridges,this study proposes a method involving the pre-reservation of apertures at the bottom of U-ribs in the diaphragm area.Building upon existing methods involving aperture opening,a finite element model of the steel box girder segment was established to comparatively analyze the impact of aperture presence and geometric parameters on the unfavorable stress characteristics around the steel bridge deck details and the vicinity of the apertures.The theoretical feasibility of this method is discussed.Results indicate that the pre-reservation of apertures alleviates stress concentration phenomena at the weld seams between the top plate and U-ribs,the weld seams between the diaphragm and U-ribs,and the arc-shaped gap of the diaphragm of the structure.However,stress increases in the vicinity of the structural apertures,with the linear segment area on the outer edge of the aperture becoming a new unfavorable detail.Opting for a smoothly curved aperture shape and smaller aperture dimensions can yield improved stress characteristics for the pre-reserved aperture structure,mitigating stress concentration around the aperture location.The method of pre-reserving apertures at the bottom of U-ribs in the diaphragm area demonstrates theoretical feasibility.
