摘　　要：在国家政策导向和市场规律作用下,我国医疗机器人产业正从培育期向成熟期迈进,虽然医疗机器人产业发展迅速且市场前景广阔,但优秀一线技能人才的培养难题制约着行业的进一步发展。为此,山东药品食品职业学院依托现场工程师联合培养项目,整合资源设立医疗机器人现场工程师学院,致力于培养医疗机器人领域紧缺人才。Under the guidance of national policies and market laws,China′s medical robot industry is moving from the cultivation stage to the mature stage.Although the medical robot industry is developing rapidly and has broad market prospects,the difficulty of cultivating excellent frontline skilled personnel is restricting the further development of the industry.To this end,Shandong Drug and Food Vocational College relies on the joint training program of on-site engineers,integrates resources to establish a medical robot on-site engineer college,and is committed to cultivating scarce personnel in the field of medical robots.
