以专业社团为载体提升医学大学生健康科普能力的策略研究

摘　　要：开展健康知识宣传普及,提升大众健康素养是推进健康中国建设的重要举措。医学大学生是推进健康科普事业发展的生力军和后备军,需提升医学生的健康科普能力,使其养成良好的职业道德和专业实践能力。分析高职院校医学大学生健康科普能力现状,依托医学院校现有的学生专业社团、科普基础设施、教师团队等优势资源,提出以专业社团为载体提升大学生科普能力的策略,通过社团组建多学科师资团队、聚焦社团大学生特性开展多方位培训、完善社团管理制度、以赛促学鼓励大学生创作健康科普作品参赛、多维度搭建大学生健康科普志愿服务实践平台等方法,提升大学生健康科普志愿者的整体素质及能力、壮大健康科普志愿者队伍。Promoting health knowledge dissemination and enhancing public health literacy are important measures to advance the construction of Healthy China.Medical collegians are the driving force and reserve force for promoting the development of health science popularization.It is necessary to enhance medical students′health science popularization ability and cultivate good professional ethics and practical skills.Analyzed the status of health science popularization ability among medical collegians in higher vocational colleges,and based on the existing advantages of student professional associations,science popularization infrastructure,and teacher teams in medical colleges,propose strategies to enhance collegians′science popularization ability through professional associations.Through the establishment of multidisciplinary teacher teams in associations,focusing on the characteristics of collegians in associations to carry out multi-faceted training,improving association management systems,encouraging collegians to create health science popularization and participate in competitions through competitions,and building multi-dimensional volunteer service platforms for collegians′health science popularization,the overall quality and ability of collegians′health science popularization volunteers will be improved,and the health science popularization volunteer team will be strengthened.
