摘 要:目的在ERG理论视角下,探讨护生在精神科实习期间临床能力感知水平的影响因素,为临床教育者制订有效的教育干预策略提供参考。方法使用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,通过目的抽样选取2023年7—8月在上海某精神专科医院实习的16名护生进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理和分析。结果基于ERG理论视角,分析归纳访谈资料后提炼出3个主题和7个亚主题,分别为生存需求(积极的心理特征因素、实习体验的消极因素)、关系需求(同伴因素、护患关系因素、家庭成员因素)和成长发展需求(社会环境因素、教育因素)。结论建议强化专业身份认同,提高应对压力的韧性,改善护生实习体验;探索新的教学策略,提升护生专业技能和综合能力;端正职业态度,发挥自我价值,提升护生临床能力感知水平。Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing students′perceived clinical abilities during internships in psychiatry department from the perspective of ERG theory,and provide reference for clinical educators to develop effective educational intervention strategies.Methods The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used.Sixteen nursing students who practiced in a psychiatric hospital in Shanghai from July to August 2023 were selected by objective sampling for semi-structured interviews.The data were collated and analysis by the method of Colaizzi′s seven step analysis.Results Based on the perspective of ERG theory,three themes and seven sub-themes were extracted from the analysis of interview data,which were survival needs(positive psychological characteristics factors,negative factors of internship experience),relationship needs(peer factors,nurse patient re-lationship factors,family members factors)and growth and development needs(social environment factors,education factors).Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the professional identity,improve the resilience of coping with pressure,and improve the practice experience of nursing students.Explore new teaching strategies to enhance the professional skills and comprehensive abilities of nursing students.Correct professional attitude,unleash self-worth,and enhance the perceived level of clinical competence among nursing students.
