“双师型”教师标准实施背景下中职卫校“双师型”教师专业发展现状调查分析

摘  要:通过问卷调查,对四川省中职卫校272名医药卫生大类教师在师资结构、双师标准自评、教学研究、企业实践、培训发展、政策制度等方面进行深度分析。结果显示当前中职卫校“双师型”教师队伍存在整体师资层次不高、校企合作深度不够、医院实践路径不畅、双师培养体系不全、制度落实不力等问题。进而提出提高教师队伍质量、强化教师专业技能、拓宽教师能力提升路径、制订教师分层分类培养策略、动态调整教师培养梯队的建设策略。Through the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a deep analysis on the teacher structure,double-qualified teacher standard self-evaluation,teaching research,enterprise practice,training development,policies and systems of 272 medical and health teachers in secondary vocational health schools in Sichuan Province.The results show that the current double-qualified teacher team in secondary vocational health schools has problems such as low overall teacher level,insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation,unsmooth hospital practice paths,incomplete dual teacher training system,and ineffective implementation of systems.Then it puts forward the strategies of improving the quality of teachers,strengthening teachers′professional skills,broadening the path of improving teachers′ability,formulating the strategy of teachers′hierarchical and classified training and dynamically adjustment the construction of teachers′training echelon.
