摘　　要：目的探讨输液港维护培训需求,为后期输液港维护培训制订具有科学性、可行性和操作性的课程提供依据。方法对13名在临床上进行输液港维护的护士进行半结构式访谈,使用NVivo软件,采用内容分析法分析访谈资料。结果从访谈结果中提取6个一级主题,包含输液港理论培训需求、操作技能培训需求、健康教育指导和护患沟通培训需求、期待培训方式多样化、培训后常规化考核和培训需求、医共体各成员单位进行输液港维护培训的重要性。其中输液港理论培训需求主题有4个二级主题,操作技能培训需求主题包含3个二级主题和3个三级主题。结论开展理论与实践操作相结合的输液港维护培训非常重要,需加强对患者的健康教育,故应注重培训方式的灵活多样化,加强输液港维护培训的常规化考核和对医共体成员单位开展输液港维护培训,以提高护士输液港维护技术及患者生活质量。Objective To explore the training needs for the maintenance of venous ports and provide a basis for developing scientific,feasible,and operational courses for future training programs.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 nurses who performed venous port maintenance in clinical settings.NVivo software was used to analyze the interview data through content analysis.Results Six primary themes were extracted from the interviews,including the need for theoretical training on venous ports,skill training needs,health education and nurse-patient communication training needs,expectations for diversified training methods,the importance of routine assessment after training,and the significance of conducting venous port maintenance training in medical consortium member units.The theme of theoretical training needs included four secondary themes,while the skill training needs theme included three secondary and three tertiary themes.Conclusion Conducting venous port maintenance training that integrates theory and practical skills is crucial.It is necessary to strengthen patient health education,focus on flexible and diversified training methods,enhance routine assessments for venous port maintenance training,and extend training to medical consortium member units to improve nurses′technical skills in venous port maintenance and patients′quality of life.
