摘 要:目的探究同辈支持学习联合翻转课堂模式在护士规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月至2024年2月于中山市火炬开发区人民医院护理部参加规范化培训的90名护士作为研究对象,其中对照组采用传统培训模式,试验组采用同辈支持学习联合翻转课堂模式。比较两组护士知识掌握度、自我导向学习能力、批判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果试验组知识掌握度、自我导向学习能力、批判性思维能力及教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同辈支持学习联合翻转课堂模式可提高护士知识掌握度、自我导向学习能力、批判性思维能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of peer support learning combined flipped classroom model in the standardized training of nurses.Methods 90 nurses who participated in standardized training in the nursing department of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone People′s Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were taken as the research objects.The control group received the traditional training model,and the experimental group received the peer support learning combined flipped classroom model.The nurses′degree of knowledge mastery,self-taught ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of knowledge mastery,self-taught ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support learning combined with flipped classroom model can improve nurses′degree of knowledge mastery,self-taught ability,and critical thinking ability,which is worth promoting.
