摘 要:随着科学技术的迅猛发展,尤其是互联网技术、大数据技术及人工智能技术等广泛的应用,教育领域面临着前所未有的挑战。高校作为立德树人的重要阵地,必须积极引入数字技术,努力探索“师生共育”心理健康教育模式实施路径,以实现心理健康教育目标。数字技术的赋能,为高校心理健康教育开辟了新的实践路径,数字技术不仅能实现对学生心理健康状况的精准评估,还能进行实时监测,通过个性化的教育教学资源推送,为学生提供高效、便捷的心理健康服务,并且数字技术可打破传统教育壁垒,让心理健康教育资源得到共享,提高教学质量。因此,本研究旨在深入探讨数字技术赋能高校“师生共育”心理健康教育的策略,以期促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,为培养出社会主义建设者与接班人贡献力量。With the rapid development of science and technology,especially the wide application of Internet technology,big data technology and artificial intelligence technology,education is facing unprecedented challenges.As an important battlefield for cultivating moral character,universities must actively introduce digital technology and strive to explore the implementation path of the"t-eacher-student co-education"psychological health education model to achieve the goals of psychological health education.The empowerment of digital technology has opened up new practical paths for psychological health education in universities.Digital technology can not only achieve accurate assessment of students′psychological health status,but also conduct timely monitoring.Through personalized education and teaching resource push,it provides efficient and convenient psychological health services for students.Moreover,digital technology can break down traditional educational barriers,share psychological health education resources,and improve teaching quality.Therefore,this study aims to explore in depth the strategies of digital technology empowering"teacher-student co education"in psychological health education in universities,in order to promote the comprehensive development of students′morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills,and contribute to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors.
