高校一体推进“三不腐”建设路径探索

摘　　要：一体推进“三不腐”建设,对高校推动全面从严治党、落实立德树人根本任务和弘扬社会主义核心价值观具有重要的意义。但目前,高校在一体推进“三不腐”建设中存在组织领导错位、工作制度不健全、策略办法单一和监督主动性不足等问题。对此,提出强化党对纪检监察工作的集中统一领导、建立健全制度机制保障、丰富和完善方法策略以及提升标本兼治的综合效能等路径,为建设风清气正的校园政治生态提供坚实的纪律保障。The integrated promotion of the“three no corruptions”(no daring to be corrupt,no opportunity to be corrupt,and no willingness to be corrupt)initiative is of great significance for universities to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,and promote core socialist values.However,currently,universities face challenges in this regard,such as misaligned organizational leadership,inadequate work systems,simplistic strategies and methods,and insufficient proactive oversight.In response to these issues,it is proposed to strengthen the Party’s centralized and unified leadership over discipline inspection and supervision,establish and perfect institution and mechanisms,enrich and refine methods and strategies,and enhance the comprehensive effectiveness of addressing both symptoms and root causes,aiming to provide a solid disciplinary guarantee for fostering a clean and upright political environment on campus.
