地方应用型高校提升社会服务贡献度的策略选择

摘　　要：随着高等教育普及化的深入发展,地方应用型高校办学定位不断明晰,“立足地方,服务地方”的办学理念已成为一种共识。增强社会服务能力不仅是地方应用型高校转型发展的内在需求,也是区域经济社会高质量发展的客观要求。针对社会服务需求与供给的差距、服务体系不健全、服务贡献度不高等问题,需要构建校城发展共同体、形成社会服务网络、推动应用型内涵发展、聚焦重点服务领域、出台激励措施以提升应用型高校社会服务的贡献度。With the continuous popularization of China's higher education,local application-oriented colleges have a clearer development target.To put down roots and serve locally has become their consensus of educational philosophy.Enhancing their social service ability is not only an intrinsic requirement for the transformational development of local application-oriented colleges but also an objective necessity for the high-quality development of regional economies and societies.To address challenges such as the gap between social service demand and supply,incomplete service systems,and low societal contribution,it is essential to build college-local development communities,establish social service networks,enrich application-oriented connotations,focus on key service areas,and introduce relevant incentive policies to elevate the societal contribution of application-oriented colleges.
