摘 要:为持续改进农村留守儿童阅读服务质量,引入循证实践的理念及其方法论具有重要的现实意义。农村留守儿童阅读服务循证实践框架由研究者的证据、服务者的实践、阅读者的主动参与、相关政策制定者的协调四个方面构成,其管理实践是由“基于证据的推动”与“基于证据的反馈”交互形成的“标准研制—按标准供给—质量评价—质量优化”关联递进过程,基于标准和评价体系构建的持续改进管理框架为质量优化提供了行动指南。因此,要明确农村留守儿童阅读服务质量标准设立的重要性,提升农村留守儿童阅读服务质量评价的科学化和本土化水平,促进城乡公共阅读服务的均衡化和公平化发展。To continuously improve the quality of reading services for left-behind children in rural areas,the introduction of evidence-based practice(EBP)concepts and methodologies holds significant practical importance.The EBP framework for reading services for left-behind children in rural areas consists of four components:evidence from researchers,practices from service providers,active participation from readers,and coordination from relevant policymakers.Its management practice is an interconnected and progressive process formed by the interaction between"evidence-driven promotion"and"evidence-based feedback,"comprising"standard development—provision according to standards—quality evaluation—quality optimization."The continuous improvement management framework,based on the construction of standards and evaluation systems,provides actionable guidelines for quality optimization.Therefore,it is essential to clarify the importance of establishing quality standards for reading services for left-behind children in rural areas,enhance the scientific and localized evaluation of service quality,and promote balanced and equitable development of public reading services in urban and rural areas.
