美英分级阅读协作体系中的主体分析及其启示

摘  要:分级阅读是一种行之有效的阅读理念和方法,在美国和英国的儿童阅读指导教育中十分常见。发展分级阅读是一项体系化工程,需要多方力量通力协作。文章从协作主体的角度出发,梳理了美国和英国分级阅读协作体系中的主体构成、角色关系、分级模式等内容,提出我国分级阅读各方主体应借全民阅读标准之机,重新明晰功能定位;政府部门应制定相关制度,推动分级阅读落地应用;各方主体树立正确的分级阅读理念,形成协作共识;呼吁更广泛的参与力量,协作发展分级阅读。以期借鉴美英分级阅读协作体系的建设经验,推动中文分级阅读快速发展。Graded reading is a proven effective concept and method for reading,which is widely used in children's reading education and guidance in the United States and the United Kingdom.The development of graded reading is a systematic project that requires the concerted efforts of multiple parties.From the perspective of collaborative subjects,this paper combs the main body composition,role relationship,grading mode and other contents in the grading reading collaboration system of the United States and the United Kingdom,and puts forward that the main bodies of all parties in China's grading reading should take the opportunity of the national reading standard to re-clarify the functional orientation;government departments should formulate relevant systems to promote the application of graded reading;all parties should establish a correct concept of graded reading and form a collaborative consensus.It calls for more extensive participation and collaborative development of graded reading,in order to learn from the construction experience in the graded reading collaboration system of the United States and the United Kingdom,and promote the rapid development of Chinese graded reading.
