摘　　要：人工湿地在中国当前的流域综合治理中得到了广泛应用,但缺乏科学且实用的效益评估方法。针对以往评估侧重于产出的局限性,基于投入—产出—效益框架,构建了一个涵盖生态环境、经济和社会3方面效益的人工湿地综合效益评估体系,旨在全面揭示人工湿地在流域或区域内的实际效能,同时以泾河流域甘肃段典型人工湿地为例进行应用研究。评估结果显示,泾河流域甘肃段的人工湿地在社会和经济效益方面实际效益水平普遍较低。后续需在巩固流域污染减排成效的基础上,通过优化建设和运行机制,进一步挖掘潜在的经济和社会价值。The constructed wetland(CW)has been widely applied in the comprehensive management of river basins in China,while a scientific and practical evaluation method was lacking.To address the limitations of previous evaluations that overly focused on output,a comprehensive benefit evaluation system for CW was developed based on the input-output-benefit framework.This system encompassed eco-environmental,economic,and social benefits,aiming to fully reveal the actual performance of CW at the watershed or regional level.Furthermore,an application study was conducted on typical CW in the Gansu Section of the Jinghe River Basin using this evaluation system.The results indicated that the actual levels of economic and social benefits of CW were generally low.Subsequently,it was necessary to further explore potential economic and social values by optimizing construction and operational mechanisms,while consolidating the achievements in watershed pollution reduction.
