摘  要:为了提高装备制造企业的生产效率,运用精益生产、成组技术、相似制造论等相关理论对企业内部的零件进行分类成组。首先,针对结构相似性的特点,分析传统编码系统的不足,结合我国JLBM-1零件编码系统对其进行改善,设计了一套适用于多品种、小批量制造企业的零件编码系统。其次,针对工艺相似性的特点,结合粒子群算法和聚类分析法中的k-means算法进行零件分类成组,以解决零件成组的问题。最后,以L公司生产的轴类零件为例进行聚类划分,比对试验结果,零件分组数量由5组降低到3组,生产平衡率由原来的63%提高到86%。To enhance the production efficiency of equipment manufacturing enterprises,relevant theories such as lean production,group technology and similarity-based manufacturing are applied to classify and group parts within the enterprise.Focusing on the feature of structural similarity,the shortcomings of traditional coding systems are analyzed.Combining the JLBM-1 part coding system of China,improvements are made to design a part coding system suitable for multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprises.Targeting the feature of process similarity,the parts are classified and grouped using a combination of particle swarm optimization and the k-means clustering algorithm from cluster analysis to address part grouping issues.The clustering is performed using the shaft parts produced by Company L as an example.The experiment results show that the number of the part groups is reduced from 5 to 3,and the production balance rate is improved from 63% to 86%.
