摘  要:文章采用气相色谱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(GC-Orbitrap/MS)技术,建立牛奶中30种香豆素、香兰素及其衍生物的快速筛查与定量方法。牛奶样品以乙腈为提取溶剂,超声提取,采用QuEChERS法净化,全扫描模式(Full scan)测定,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,30种目标物在质量浓度为2~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9959,检出限10~15μg/kg,定量限25~50μg/kg,平均回收率73.0%~119.1%,相对标准偏差0.5%~8.6%(n=6)。该方法前处理简单快捷、灵敏、准确,适用于牛奶中香豆素、香兰素及其衍生物的快速筛查和定量测定。A rapid screening and quantitative analysis method for thirty coumarins and vanillins and their derivatives in milk by gas chromatography-orbitrap mass spectrometry(GC-Orbitrap/MS)was established.Milk samples were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic extraction,purified by QuEChERS method,measured by Full MS mode of GC-Orbitrap/MS.The matrix matching external standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that good linearity was observed for thirty compounds in the concentration range of 2-200μg/L,with correlation coefficient(r>0.9959).The limits of detection ranged of 10-15μg/kg,and the limits of quantitation ranged from 25 to 50μg/kg.Average recoveries of the thirty compounds ranged from 73.0%to 119.1%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)ranged from 0.6%to 8.6%.The method was simple,quick,sensitive and accurate,suitable for the rapid screening and quantitative analysis of coumarins and vanillins and their derivatives in milk.
