摘 要:教师是高等教育的核心力量,提升其积极心理健康水平,对于促进我国教育强国目标的实现具有重要的意义。设计积极心理健康(PMH)量表,基于对江苏地方应用型本科高校教师的问卷调查,探讨了高校教师积极心理健康的人口学差异。研究结果显示:(1)男教师的积极心理应对和积极心理健康总体水平高于女教师,女教师的积极人际关系高于男教师;(2)已婚教师的积极压力应对、积极情感支持、积极人际关系和积极心理健康总体水平高于未婚教师,但积极自我发展水平低于未婚教师;(3)有管理职位教师的积极情感支持和积极心理健康总体水平高于无管理职位的教师,无管理职位教师的积极人际关系水平高于有管理职位教师;(4)31~40岁和41~50岁教师的积极情感支持、积极自我发展高于51岁以上的教师,41~50岁和51岁以上教师的积极人际关系水平高于31~40岁和41~50岁的教师,41~50岁教师的积极心理健康总体水平高于其他年龄段教师;(5)副教授和教授的积极心理健康应对、积极情感支持和积极人际关系水平高于讲师,讲师和其他项目聘任或师资博士后的积极自我发展水平高于副教授和教授;(6)博士研究生学历教师的积极情感支持和积极心理健康总体水平高于本科学历教师。University teachers represent the core force of higher education and enhancing their positive mental health levels is crucial for advancing China's goal of becoming an educational powerhouse.Using a newly designed Positive Mental Health(PMH)scale and survey data from faculty at local applicationoriented universities in Jiangsu Province,this study explores demographic differences in PMH levels among university faculty.The research findings show that:(1)Male faculty exhibit higher levels of positive psychological coping and overall positive mental health compared to female faculty,whereas female faculty demonstrate stronger positive interpersonal relationships;(2)Married faculty outperform unmarried faculty in positive stress management,emotional support,interpersonal relationships,and overall PMH levels but show lower levels of self-development;(3)Faculty with administrative positions exhibit greater emotional support and overall PMH levels compared to those without administrative roles,while non-administrative faculty show higher interpersonal relationship levels;(4)Faculty aged 31~40 and 41~50 demonstrate higher levels of emotional support and selfdevelopment compared to those aged 51 and above.Faculty aged 41~50 and over 51 exhibit stronger interpersonal relationships than those aged 31~40 and 41~50.Additionally,faculty aged 41~50 achieve the highest overall PMH scores among all age groups;(5)Associate professors and full professors exhibit superior levels of positive mental health coping,emotional support,and interpersonal relationships compared to lecturers.Lecturers and other program-based appointed personnel,including postdoctoral researchers,surpass associate professors and full professors in terms of positive selfdevelopment;(6)Faculty holding doctoral degrees report higher levels of emotional support and overall PMH levels than those with bachelor's degrees.
