摘  要:巨噬细胞作为免疫系统重要效应细胞,通过极化形成不同功能亚型参与免疫调控。环鸟苷酸-腺苷酸合酶(cGAS)-干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)通路在固有免疫应答中起核心调控作用,近年研究发现该通路通过介导炎症因子分泌和代谢重编程等机制调控巨噬细胞极化,影响感染性疾病及动脉粥样硬化等炎症相关疾病进程。本文系统阐述cGAS-STING通路对巨噬细胞极化的调控机制及其在疾病中作用的研究进展,为靶向免疫调控治疗策略提供新思路。As crucial immune effector cells,macrophages differentiate into functionally distinct subtypes through polarization.The cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase(cGAS)-stimulator of interferon gene(STING) pathway plays a pivotal role in innate immunity.Recent studies have revealed that this pathway regulates macrophage polarization by regulating cytokine secretion and metabolic reprogramming,thereby influencing the progression of infectious and inflammatory diseases including atherosclerosis.This review systematically elucidates the regulatory mechanisms of cGAS-STING pathway in macrophage polarization and its implications in disease pathogenesis,providing novel insights for developing targeted immunomodulatory therapies.
