摘 要:宫颈癌是妇科常见恶性肿瘤,现阶段临床采取的主要治疗措施为放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、手术治疗等。化疗耐药性造成的宫颈癌细胞侵袭与转移是影响宫颈癌治疗及患者生命安全的主要原因。铁死亡是一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,其参与宫颈癌发生发展及放化疗环节,通过诱导铁死亡可对宫颈癌肿瘤细胞化疗耐药性进行逆转。本文就铁死亡在宫颈癌治疗中的相关研究进展做一综述。One of the common malignant tumors in gynecology is cervical cancer.At present,the main treatment measures adopted in clinical practice include radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,surgical treatment,etc.The invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer cells caused by chemotherapy resistance are the main reasons affecting the treatment of cervical cancer and the safety of patients' lives.Inducing ferroptosis can reverse chemotherapy resistance in cervical cancer tumor cells.Iron induced cell death is a new type of programmed cell death that is involved in the occurrence,development,and chemoradiotherapy of cervical cancer.This article provides a review of the research progress on ferroptosis in the treatment of cervical cancer.
