摘  要:为实现“双碳”的目标,资源枯竭型城市的能源转型难题成为紧迫任务。作为资源型城市,山东新泰曾因煤炭开采而快速发展,但也因此产生土地塌陷的问题。为解决这一问题,新泰引进了农光互补项目,通过产业治理推动转型。在新泰的兴村,村民成功探索出“光伏+猕猴桃”的模式。该模式下,光伏为猕猴桃生长提供了适宜的环境,同时猕猴桃果园的生态修复则为光伏的稳定运行创造了条件,实现了农光共生。该模式不仅提升了农民的收入,修复了生态环境,还推动了地区的能源转型,带来了经济、生态、社会等多方面的效益。In order to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbonneutrality,it s urgent to transform resource-depleted cities.As a resource-based city,Shandong Xintai once developed rapidly due to coal mining,but it also causedland subsidence.To solve this problem,Xintai introduced an agricultural-photovoltaic complementary project to promote transformation through industrial governance.In Xing Village,Xintai,villagers successfully explored the“photovoltaic+kiwi”model.Under this model,photovoltaics provide a suitable environment for the growth of kiwifruit,while the ecological restoration of kiwifruit orchards creates conditions for the stable operation of photovoltaics,realizing agricultural-photovoltaic symbiosis.This model not only increases farmers income and repairs the ecological environment,but also promotes the region s energy transformation,bringing economic,ecological,and social benefits.
