摘 要:当前,在重金属污染土壤修复中,依靠土壤淋洗技术会引发二次污染,导致污染区域土壤中重金属含量依旧较高。因此,研究食用菌吸附作用在重金属污染土壤治理中的应用。设计基于荧光蛋白基因的微生物传感器,结合重金属因子扩散模型,测量土壤污染范围。利用电动修复装置放出直流电压,促进重金属活化和迁移,完成土壤初步修复。通过评价筛选出最佳食用菌种,利用食用菌多层次吸附作用,将土壤内重金属因子转化为菌株内的沉淀物,实现深度治理。实验结果表明,污染超标区域土壤内锑、镍、铅含量降低至3.51 mg/kg、62.3 mg/kg和68.5 mg/kg,满足预期污染治理要求。The remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil mainly relies on soil leaching technology currently,however,it will lead to secondary pollution,resulting in the high content of heavy metals in contaminated soil.Therefore,the application of edible fungi adsorption in the treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil was studied.A microbial sensor based on fluorescent protein gene was designed,and the diffusion model of heavy metal factors was combined to measure the soil pollution range.The DC voltage is released by the electric remediation device to promote the activation and migration of heavy metals and complete the preliminary soil remediation.The best edible fungi species were screened through evaluation,and the heavy metal factors in the soil were transformed into sediments in the strain by multi-level adsorption of edible fungi,thus realizing deep treatment.The experimental results showed that the contents of Sb,Ni and Pb in the soil in the polluted area were reduced to 3.51 mg/kg,62.3 mg/kg and 68.5 mg/kg,which met the expected pollution control requirements.
