摘  要:探究混合脱氮菌对城市河流水域生态环境污染的修复作用。采集研究河流水域的水样,通过筛选富集获得试验所用的混合脱氮菌,在培养基上实施菌种培养。设计聚乙烯醇-活性炭包埋法作为微生物固定化方法,利用针管滴加技术,使得最终产物呈现出球形。其中聚乙烯醇与海藻酸钠的最佳浓度选择分别为15%和0.25%。测定四种水化学指标测定项目,分析混合脱氮菌的污染修复作用。结果表明,微生物群落对污染的去除效果较为显著。凝胶剂与菌液比为9:2有效去除COD;凝胶剂与菌液比为8:3有效去除NH_(3)-N、PO_(4)^(3-)。This study explores the remediation effect of mixed denitrifying bacteria on ecological environment pollution in urban river waters.It collects water samples from river bodies,selects and enrich the mixed denitrifying bacteria used in the experiment to carry out bacterial culture on the culture medium.A polyvinyl alcohol activated carbon embedding method is used as a microbial immobilization method,using needle tube drop addition technology to make the final product appear spherical.The optimal concentrations for polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate are 15%and 0.25%,respectively.Four hydrochemical indicators are measured to analyze the pollution remediation effect of mixed denitrifying bacteria.The results indicate that the microbial community has a significant effect on the removal of pollution.The ratio of gel to bacterial solution is 9:2,which can effectively remove COD;The ratio of gel to bacterial solution is 8:3,which can effectively remove NH_(3)-N and PO_(4)^(3-).
