摘  要:在国家种业振兴的背景下,全面加强种质资源保护利用和大力推进种业创新攻关迫在眉睫。种业人才的培养是种业振兴的重要支撑。作物育种学作为培养育种人才的学科,肩负为国家培养高素质育种人才的重要使命。然而传统的教学模式日益不能够满足现代育种技术发展的需求,教学模式亟需改革与创新。本文就新时期新形势下的要求,梳理传统教学的不足,聚焦实践教学,探索作物育种学实验教学新模式,期望通过多模式教学不断提升课程质量,筑牢学生理论基础,提升学生实践能力,培育出理论扎实、技能娴熟的种业新人才。Under the background of country seed industry revitalization,it is urgent to comprehensively strengthen the protection and utilization of germplasm resources and vigorously promote innovation and research in the seed industry.The cultivation of seed industry talents is an important support for the revitalization of the seed industry.Crop breeding as a discipline for training breeding professionals bears the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality breeding talent for the country.However,traditional teaching methods are increasingly unable to meet the demands of modern breeding technology development,and there is an urgent need for reform and innovation in teaching approaches.This article discusses the requirements of the new era and new situation,identifies the shortcomings of traditional teaching,focuses on practical teaching,and explores new models of experimental teaching in crop breeding,we hope to continuously improve the quality of courses through multimodal teaching,establish a solid theoretical foundation for students,enhance their practical abilities,and cultivate new talents in the seed industry with solid theoretical knowledge and proficient skills.
